Not a Copy, Not a Filtered Self: Becoming You

In my book “Liberation from the diet prison: A journey to Body-Mind Harmony” I speak about why habits and routines don’t work when they are created merely as an escape from a life that no longer satisfies us.
Because when we move away from something, that very image stays in front of our eyes — and we keep recreating it.
So I offer a different path.
Create the image of the woman you desire to become.
Not an Instagram picture.
Not a comparison.
Your own.
Alive. True. Deeply wanted.
And then — with small steps, with gentle daily choices — begin to dress that image,
the way we decorate a Christmas tree.
What does she eat for breakfast?
How does she move her body?
How does she care for herself?
What does she do in her free time?
How does she dress when she is at home?
What are her evening rituals?
What does she feed her mind and her soul?
Your conscious and subconscious mind will start giving you the answers. Not through pressure — through recognition.
This image becomes your inner compass.
Step by step, softly and naturally, you move closer to her.
And one day the magic happens —
you realize you have become that woman.
Not a copy.
Not someone better than others.
Not a filtered version of yourself.
You.
The one you once created with love inside your own imagination.
We do not compare.
We create.
And with tenderness, we keep adorning the life we truly want to live.
Love RO
