About Me

Regina Oswald

A Life Rooted in Love, Balance, Purpose & Reinvention

My name is Regina Oswald — author, speaker, ICF-certified coach, and creator of the Body
Mind Harmony Method. I’m 48, live in sunny California, close to the endless beauty of the
Pacific Ocean. It’s here—surrounded by nature, family, reflection, and community—that I’ve
built a life guided by balance, creativity, growth, and intention.

The People Who Shape My World

My life is deeply enriched by my family—my husband Stephen, my son David, and our loyal four-legged companion, Sir Bailey, a kind-hearted Labrador who brings joy to our home every day. Their love, encouragement, and belief in me are the foundation of everything I do. I carry immense gratitude for the support that surrounds me, and the sense of grounding it provides.

The Body Mind Harmony Method

Over the years, my personal and professional journey has evolved through many chapters: entrepreneurship, motherhood, wellness coaching, fashion design, philanthropy, leadership, reinvention, and deep personal transformation. Each experience has shaped the philosophy that eventually became the Body Mind Harmony Method — a more compassionate and conscious approach to wellness rooted in emotional well-being, nourishment, self-worth, and personal growth.

My book Liberation from the Diet Prison is a reflection on this philosophy and guides my speaking, writing, leadership, and the communities I serve.

Education, Recognition & Community Involvement

In 2023, I completed Harvard’s Wellbeing and Nutrition course, further deepening my understanding of holistic health, emotional wellness, and personal development.

That same year, I was honored with the Woman of Style Award by Riviera of Orange County.

I proudly serve on the board of South Coast Repertory and actively support organizations including:

  • United Way Women’s Philanthropy Fund Breakfast

  • CHOC Mental Health Committee

  • Friends of CASA

Giving back and contributing to causes that uplift women, families, emotional wellness, and community connection remains deeply important to me and reflects the values at the center of my work.
