The KISS Principle in Nutrition: Why Complicated Diets Don’t Work

Simplicity is the ultimate form of complexity.

Back when I worked in the pharmaceutical industry, the president of our company had a favorite saying, always delivered with his strong French accent: “Keep it simple, stupid”—or KISS for short.

I don’t like when people overcomplicate things. Maybe they think it makes them look smarter. But in reality, everything genius is simple, and everything simple is genius.

This idea has been echoed by Leonardo da Vinci, Napoleon, and even Einstein to some extent. Leonardo da Vinci famously said: “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.”

That’s why in my course, Body Mind Harmony by Regina Oswald, I break down the most fascinating and essential aspects of nutrition, physiology, and psychology in a way that’s clear and easy to grasp. It took me 30 years of personal experience, 15 years in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, countless books, coaching, and a Harvard class on Wellness & Nutrition to refine this approach.
