Hunger Is Not the Path to Slimness!

8:30 AM – A conversation with the phlebotomist drawing my blood on an empty stomach.

He:

  • Which arm should we take it from?


    I:

  • Whatever you prefer, just make it quick – feeling more impatient with every passing minute on an empty stomach.


    He:

  • Ok.


    I:

  • I'm really hungry, just to let you know.


    He:

  • You don’t seem like someone who’s so concerned about food.


    I:

  • Oh, believe me, I love eating well and on time. Hunger is not acceptable for me, nor are any kinds of restrictions.

I’m sharing this conversation with you for those who think I achieved my slim figure through fasting and diets.It’s actually the opposite. I’m in the best shape of my life at nearly 46 years old because I stopped all the restrictions and diets, and started listening to and understanding my body.
