How to Know When to Finish Your Meal?

This is a very common question among those with a history of dieting. They’re usually familiar with only two extremes: hunger and overeating to the point of discomfort or even pain.So when should you stop eating?
Anton Pavlovich Chekhov once said:"If you leave the table feeling hungry, you’ve eaten enough. If you leave feeling full, you’ve overeaten. If you leave feeling stuffed, you’ve poisoned yourself."
For me, the signal to stop—even if there’s still food on my plate—comes from my mind. It simply tells me, “That’s enough.” At that moment, I don’t feel heavy or overly full. On the contrary, I feel energized and light.
A great way to tell if your meal was the right amount and balance is by how you feel afterward: a sense of satisfaction, a desire to move, rather than an urge to lie down or nap.
Listen to your body, and it will start speaking to you—guiding you toward balance and a naturally healthy weight.
Wishing you harmony and lightness
