I allow myself to feel the full range of emotions. Anger, sadness, irritation, resentment…I don’t reject anything, but I choose what to empower and what to use as a tool for self-discovery and growth.
I love this story, and I’m happy to share it with you.
A long time ago, an old Native American shared a life lesson with his grandson: — Inside every person, a battle is raging—one very much like a fight between two wolves. One wolf represents evil—envy, jealousy, regret, selfishness, ambition, lies… The other wolf represents good—peace, love, hope, truth, kindness, loyalty… The young boy, deeply moved by his grandfather’s words, thought for a moment and then asked: — But which wolf wins in the end? The old man smiled slightly and replied: — The one you choose to feed.
