Say "NO" to Groundhog Day!

Does this scenario sound familiar?Alarm clock, blanket, slippers, shower, mirror, scale... You haven’t even made it to breakfast, and there’s already a full-blown conference going on in your head.
I know it well! But I replaced it with waking up in gratitude and love:"Darling, you’re awake! This day is a gift, and you’re open to its endless possibilities!"
Since childhood, our minds have been programmed to associate the word gift with joy, gratitude, and anticipation. Next, I connect with my body. A warm blanket, the silky surface of my pillowcase, my feet sinking into soft slippers—"Thank you for the comfort you bring me."
Then comes a hot shower—"What a blessing it is to have hot and cold water anytime!"This is something those from former Soviet countries know all too well, where hot or cold water would be shut off at least twice a year, before and after winter.
And finally, I look at myself in the mirror and say, "I love you, and I am always here for you."
Try it, and you’ll feel the difference in how your day unfolds
