How to Turn Exercise from a "Must" into a "Want"

Why do something that doesn’t bring you joy?

I believe you don’t have to!

The universe has often put me in situations where I had to choose—especially when it came to physical activity.

For years, exercise felt like something I had to do, something I forced myself through. That was until I discovered Pilates, strength training, and yoga.

"I have to" felt like a constant battle with myself.

But "I choose to"—that brought me energy and joy.

Now, every workout is no longer a struggle; it’s a source of fulfillment and inspiration!

"Physical activity is a privilege you don’t want to waste."—That’s my mantra whenever laziness tries to hold me back. I value every workout because it boosts my energy, gives me a sense of accomplishment, and, of course, keeps me in great shape.

No matter how busy life gets, there’s always time for what truly matters to you.

And if you still feel like working out drains your energy—physically or emotionally—here are a few simple ways to add movement to your daily routine:

✔ Park farther away from your destination.

✔ Grab a shopping basket instead of a cart.

✔ Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
