From Strict Diets to Freedom: My Journey of Learning to Love My Body

I eat everything I want and love (not all at once:), and in the amount that my body needs, at the time it needs it. I’ve learned to listen to my body. This is a huge leap forward after more than 30 years of dieting and self-inflicted struggles.Want the details?

So, I’m Regina Oswald.

◽️ I’m a woman, wife, mom, mom to a furry friend , daughter, granddaughter, niece, founder, CEO, and designer of the Regina Oswald Collection, philanthropist, and more. I believe every woman can embrace many roles.

◽️ In 2023, I successfully completed the Harvard course on Wellbeing and Nutrition.That same year, I was named Woman of Style by Riviera of Orange County magazine.

◽️ I spent 15 years working in the pharmaceutical and medical industries.

◽️ I have a degree in business management and finance.

Four years earlier...

March 2020. A pandemic paralyzes the entire world.I had planned the grand launch of my first collection, which I’d been working toward for months.In reality, it was a pause indefinitely, confusion, and total isolation.

Giving up isn’t my style, so I became the model and face of my fashion collection.Though this was a completely new experience for me, it became a challenge: I realized my body needed change.

That’s when the diet began, which, thankfully, became the last one in my life.I quickly lost 9 kg, but the cost was high—hair, nail, and skin problems, low hemoglobin levels, and the development of compulsive overeating.My body made it very clear that this path was fundamentally wrong.

I realized: a beautiful body must be shaped by healthy habits. That’s when my journey of mindfulness and wholesome nutrition began.

Why do we give in to overeating? Emotional and physiological hunger creates stress, which we try to ease with food.My experience helped me break free from this trap, allowing me to find pleasure in diverse and nourishing foods.

My blog isn’t just about healthy eating. It’s about how I found my path I’ll share my experiences, knowledge, and discoveries, hoping to inspire you to live in balance, beauty, and health—without stress or diets Let’s continue this exciting journey together!
