I stand by this belief, and today, I’ll explain why.

Imagine two people trying to quit smoking.

One simply quits, while the other approaches it consciously, backing up their decision with the commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

People who quit smoking, go on diets, or start working out can generally be divided into two similar categories.

Now, here’s the question: who will reach their goal faster?Who will lose weight more effectively?

A woman who follows a strict diet, obsessively controlling and restricting herself?Or a woman who embraces a healthy lifestyle and naturally sheds extra weight in the process?

The answer is obvious!

So, how do you figure out which category you belong to?How do you determine where you are right now and what direction you’re headed?

Take a moment to answer these questions:

  1. How do you feel in the presence of fit and toned people?

  2. What’s your reaction to clothing showcased on very slim models? Would you dare to imagine yourself in that look?

  3. When thinking about upcoming holidays, do you feel excitement and joy, or do you worry about overeating and gaining weight?
