I want to thank you — truly and deeply — for standing by me all these years, even through the times I mistreated, ignored, or rejected you. You kept showing up for me. You allowed me to feel the beauty of this world: the comfort of gentle touch, the scent of blooming flowers, the joy of savoring delicious meals, the thrill of exploring new places, and the wonder of discovering this incredible universe.
When I finally asked you to help me break free from the prison of diets and start living in harmony and wholeness, you responded with love and support. You gave me not only physical freedom, but also a profound sense of connection and self-compassion.
Thank you for every moment, every feeling you've given me. I promise to take care of you and truly listen to what you need — so we can continue living this beautiful life together, fully and freely.
