You start a new diet every Monday or on the first of the month—after indulging the night before because you know restriction is coming.
You eat “clean” for a few days, then binge on everything in sight.
You label foods as “good” or “bad.”
You feel anxious about eating out or attending social events because you don’t know the calorie count.
You cut out entire macronutrient groups just because someone told you they’re “bad.”
You feel guilty when you eat something you actually enjoy.
You feel ashamed of your body and yourself.
